Our menu changes constantly: the best seasonal & usually local produce. Super fresh, prepared right here. Chef may amend on the day depending on what's good in our kitchen garden or market. Sustainable as our kitchen garden grows much of our produce 50 yards from the restaurant and as you pre-order from a set menu with a range of options, we only buy or harvest what we need, hence no food waste, on-site composting, no landfill and maximised recycling.
For large group bookings you can have a bespoke tailor made menu - call us or visit & discuss with chef exactly what you would like. Vegan, vegetarian and coeliac all catered for. Exceptional wine list.

We custom built the kitchen & dining room ourselves, in the midst of our award winning Japanese garden: everything is bespoke and hand made. We tested the water with a few openings in 2023, and opened as a pre-booked only restaurant in May 2024 to provide discreet, luxurious and unfussy fine dining at sensible prices. 5 star Food Standards Agency rating.
